Timewalking + call to arms! [3.3.5a]

Dear players! To vary dungeon finder (heroic) our team tuned numerous Burning Crusade dungeons for 80 level.

This feature is a partial port from retail and received a name "Timewalking".

General aspects:

- You need 219 ilvl to queue.
- Players, that queue random wotlk heroic can get into heroic TBC dungeones tuned for 80 level.
- If you don't like such dungeons or you just don't want to run them - you can disable this feature in .menu -> Settings -> Enable/Disable Timewalking.
- For killing bosses you will get same loot as from wotlk dungeons, including Emblem of Triumph, rewards are random, you can get an item from either any Gundrak boss, or Pit of Saron, etc.
- After registration you will see that timewalking dungeons added to your pull.
- Key and some questline requirements removed for this mode.

Together with "Timewalking" realization another "Call to Arms" feature will appear to decrease waiting time for characters playing unpopular roles in a group[will be activated during a week]

General aspects:

- If queue time for 80 level character is more than few minutes "Call to arms" will be activated and determine the most unpopular role, for such roles additional reward will be shown in a dungeon finder.
- To get this reward you need to match the role, displayed in "Call to Arms".
- 80 level characters that will queue and complete the full dungeon with this role, will get a trophy bag with many useful things..
