Limitation of creating characters

The need to maintain a balance between the factions on our realms, started from 20.01.15, we introduce the following restrictions on the creation of new characters:

Actual for logon/logon2:

3.3.5a x5, x25, 2.4.3 x100:

2 weeks may not create new characters for the Horde.

3.3.5a Fun, 4.3.4 x100, 4.3.4 x10-x25:

2 weeks may not create new characters for the Alliance.

3.3.5a x300, x100:

1 week may not create new characters for the Alliance.

3.3.5a x10, x15-x20, 5.4.8 x1:

Without limitation, the balance is normal.

Toward the end of the notice period in each of realms, it can be extended for up to one week, depending on the state of balance of the fractions.

These changes are already in force.
