Updatepack 8 - Warlords of Draenor

We want to introduce you the main fixes (this is not the full list of fixes), done in 6.2.3 core and database for the last 4 months, from 29.09.16 till 26.02.17.

Status: applied.

Changelog:

General:

Implemented item upgrade system.
Implemented item upgrade by professions up to 6/6 level system.
Improved phasing process between World Map/Garrison/Shipyard.
Improved displaying of some quest objectives.
Improved displaying of quest marks on top of the head of many non-player characters.
Implemented Tanaan Outposts (spawns, phasing, vendors, quests, reputations).
Corrected some vendors selling currency.
Fixed all repeated quests in Ashran which need some money as quest objective.
Fixed a lot of quest objectives related to money earning.
Removed global cap for Apexis Crystals.
Disabled all Garrison Campaign quests which had not been scripted.
Added some improvements which should exclude a lot of players thats are stuck completing http://www.wowhead.com/quest=34445 quest.
Added http://www.wowhead.com/currency=823 drops to some creatures in Tanaan.
Fixed a resurrection issue with players that fall down under the map in some locations of Tanaan.
Added a Spirit Angel in Tanaan next to Throne of Kil'jaeden Area.
Implemented new currency http://www.wowhead.com/currency=1129.

Garrisons:

Shipyards (lvl 1 only):
Scripted introduction quest line.
Scripted ships ordering.
Scripted naval missions.
Scripted ships spawning after construction.
Spawned non-player characters.
Missions:
- Improved distribution algorithm.
- Granted access to Highmaul missions.
- Granted access to BRF missions.
- Removed access to HFC missions.

Spells and talents:

Spells, general:

Druid

Ysera's Gift and Dream of Cenarius won't hit a target in Cyclone or target under the effect of heal reducing effects.

Monk

Fixed the target selection problem of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=115072.

Paladin

You now can apply http://www.wowhead.com/spell=1022 when the target is stunned.
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=156910 & http://www.wowhead.com/spell=53563 won't heal in a duel.

Priest

Fixed restoring mana by http://www.wowhead.com/spell=123051.
Devouring Plague heal won't break crowd control.
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=2061 won't regenerate mana even if it has two stacks of Surge of Light.
Improved http://www.wowhead.com/spell=119030 mechanic.
The duration of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=6788 (triggered by Power Word: Shield) is now 12 seconds (6.2.3 hotfix).
Vampiric Touch won't restore mana on each tick.
Enhanced Leap of Faith, buff is now removed after heal spell.

Rogue

Fixed http://www.wowhead.com/spell=152150.

Warrior

Fixed critical damage of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=163201.
Glyph of Intimidating Shout: All targets of your Intimidating Shout now tremble in place instead of fleeing in fear.
Fixed Shield Charge & Heavy Repercussions with Shield Slam damage.
Fixed stun effect of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=13216.
