Cross server PvP and FFAPvP zones Wotlk

Dear players! By popular demand, after a long period of time we decided to implement cross server PvP and FFAPvP zones, where 3.3.5a x5, x100, Fun (and x1 in the future) will chat, duel and show who's the main duelist of our project.

Some details about PvP and FFa zones:

1. PvP zone is located in Ulduar and consists of 2 courts, first one - "dark" and is placed on the ground (next to flame leviathan gate), second one - "light", custom, and is placed over conservatory of life.

New PvP zone differs a bit from the previous one in Azshara Crate, besides change of location we:

- Moved default NPC (Soloq/RBG/Teleporter/BG registration).
- Added training dummies with 100 to 1600 resilience.
- Added NPC PvP zone watcher <Ozai>, watching players duels and preparing the TOP list.

You can find teleport to PvP zone at our default teleporter, Duel Zone, and at NPC that teleports to FFA zone.

2. FFAPvP zone is a court, with all-out mode, it is a classical slaughter, and your main goal is to survive and kill as much as possible.

FFA zone is located in Hyjal, features:

- When players teleport to FFA zone, they spawn invisible with a parachute (battle royale like).
- 5 second respawn after death on a random spot.
- Chests with https://wowroad.info/?item=22484 or fun items like https://www.wowhead.com/?item=46779 etc. spawn randomly in the FFA zone.
- Food/speed/berserker buffs will spawn randomly in the location.
- Mounts disabled by default, but players with 10 kills streak, can use 60% speed mount.
- You can check your statistics with the help of .ffa stats.
- Implemented cooldown reset for 10 honorable kills without dying (10 hk = 1 reset), .ffa menu.
- Honorable kills farm transferred to live server is restricted by the amount of 150 kills per day.
- To leave ffa zone, find a portal in Hyjal, that can be used 5 times, or NPC Teleporter.
- Free action potion blocked.

You can find teleport to ffapvp zone at Satyr NPC in Stormwind / Orgrimmar / Dalaran (both banks).

Misc.:

- FFA and PvP zones work on a separate cross server.
